Delete Your HabitMonk Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your HabitMonk account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

Your account and login credentials
All habit data and tracking history
Streaks and achievement records
Timer sessions and statistics
Reminders and preferences
Any other data associated with your account

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

In-App Option: You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Alternatively, send an email request to:

help@habitmonk.com

Please include the email address associated with your account in your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
